Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be emailed to info@casstrainingacademy.com
More than 11 working days' notice
No charge — full refund
6–10 working days' notice
25% fee — 75% refund
5 working days or fewer (inc. no-shows)
Full fee — no refund
Late Arrival Policy
Courses start promptly at 8:30am — registration from 8:15am
Entry may be refused after 15 minutes
CASS Training Academy reserves the right to refuse entry to any delegate arriving 15 minutes or more after the course start time. The full course fee remains payable in that case.
Booking Terms Agreement
By proceeding to payment, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
You confirm that the named delegate is aged 16 or over, meets all relevant prerequisites, and will provide valid proof on the day of training. CASS Training Academy reserves the right to refuse or withdraw attendance if these requirements are not met. In such cases, all booking fees and course charges are non-refundable.
You confirm that you have read and agree to the full Terms and Conditions, including the cancellation and late arrival policies outlined above.
